Eric received his PhD in Poultry Science, with an emphasis on Poultry Nutrition, from the Department of Poultry Science at Texas A&M University. His research focused on utilizing exogenous enzymes among other feed additives to improve poultry production and health. The implications of these findings were not only limited to better and confident nutrient efficiency or increased profitability, but also increased sustainability in poultry production. Eric joined Novonesis in 2022 and resides in Houston, TX.
